Welcome to the 8 week training plan for the GX Fun Run 2022! At the Fit House we are really excited to be the leading fitness sponsor for the run and are putting our experience at your finger tips to help you prepare for the big day.
We have an 8 week home training plan you can follow which includes running and strength training. You need to do both parts each week.
If you’d like any more help with you training you can always come to see us at the gym. We are based in Chalfont St Peter above the cricket club. We have personal training, group classes and physiotherapy available to you!
